This is a dual head gas grill, meaning, this grill is actually two grills welded together. In this configuration you get a two burner infrared grill that heats up in one minute and grills a steak in four. On the other side you get a large three burner 45,000 BTU standard grill with full rotisserie system. Throw in a side burner (standard) and you have a real, full function gas grill. And this one isn't a gimmick. Solid construction, excellent cooking abilities and great features. There have been dual head grills in the past, but until now they have largely been a gimmick. This is no gimmick. On one side you get a powerful two burner 30,000 BTU infrared grill, on the other a three burner 45,000 BTU standard grill. You also get a full rotisserie system including rear mounted infrared burner and a 13,000 flush mounted side burner. There are grills with everything and then there is this grill, with more.
In addition to all this the basic components of this grill are great. From the easy lift roll top lid to the grease management to the fantastic attention to detail. What you won't get with a Napoleon is large flare-ups and uneven heating.
What you need to think about with this grill is one; it is very large. You need a good deal of space to hold this, very big grill. Also, think about the dual head design before you buy. While a great feature for some, if you can't see the advantages working for you then you probably don't want to put down this kind of money (around $3,200USD). Instead save yourself a lot of money and take a look at the Napoleon Prestige II (PT450).
